About
What is it?
This archive is a work in progress. Begun in 2026, this will hopefully become a 'hub' for propaganda studies. The period covered is broadly 1900 to the present, though there will be material from earlier periods.
I've been researching propaganda since 2018. Propagandopolis began as a blog and has since moved to social media, predominantly Instagram and X. This is purely a historical project, born out of a sincere interest and enthusiasm for propaganda graphics. I will be tagging and categorising items as I go to make it as simple as possible for researchers and enthusiasts to find what they're looking for, be it propaganda from particular conflicts or artists, or featuring certain items or symbols (e.g. political symbols, skulls).
How can I get involved?
